In the Airports theme, learners experience everything from getting through customs to dealing with a canceled flight. Employees also learn what to say when faced with an irate customer in the Dealing with Problems lessons.

Once you arrive in a new country, you still need to make arrangements to arrive at your final destination. The Transportation theme allows learners to choose from all types of modes of transportation and learn the words and cultural insights they might need to get where they’re going.
