SALES NEGOTIATING: A two day Concepts and Practice workshop isa video driven
workshop for experienced salespeople. It presents concepts and strategies that prepare them for
intense negotiations for major contracts.

The workshop is designed for 6 to 12 people and can be conducted in one day. During the
session , participants analyse the negotiation stages presented in the video, discuss ways they
handle similar situations, and develop an action plan for negotiating a current contract.
