par email or snail mail. Your order will be treated in the tradional way within 48 hours.
2. You use your credit card in all security with our service provider Web France International
and the Credit Agricole.
3. You call our Paris office which has an answerphone to provide you with 24 hour service.
4. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase over the net, or through traditional means
Formavision will reimburse you 100% of your purchase in the 10 day period following your
reception of goods.

In the case of video and CD Rom orders we will ask you to sign a ‘no-copy’ declaration and in
the case of both CD Roms and Video orders we will ask you to write an evaluation which
could be posted on our web site with hypertext to your Email address.
